It's easy to get started with NissanConnect Services. Here's how.

First, install the free NissanConnect Services app on your phone from Google Play Store or App Store.
When you're ready, move to the next step.

Create a NissanConnect Services account in the app, or sign in if you already have one.
Once you've done that, it's time to move on.

You'll need your Nissan's VIN number to register. You'll find this 17-digit number on your Registration Certificate or on on the corner of the dashboard that meets the windscreen on the driver's side.
When you've entered your VIN, you're ready to move on.

Now, it’s time to pair your Nissan with the NissanConnect Services app.
Please make sure your vehicle is in an area with a good connectivity.
Turn on your infotainment system in your car. From the homepage, browse through Info > NissanConnect Services > Information Channels > Account Information > Car Pairing Code.
If ‘Account Information’ folder is not appearing, make sure to update your Channel List by browsing through: Settings > NissanConnect Services > Information Channel > Edit Channel List > Update Channel List > Yes.
The ‘Account Information’ folder should now be available.
Once you've got the code, you can move to
the next step.

Return to the app and enter the pairing code on your smartphone.
When you've entered the code, move to the last step.

Validating & waiting for activation. As soon as you've done this, you're good to go. Happy connected driving!

The VIN is a 17-character number unique to your car.
Here's where you can find it:
Make sure you've entered all 17 characters, that letters you have entered are capitalized and that you haven't mixed up ‘0’ (number) with ‘O’ (letter) or vice versa.
The services should be activated within twenty four hours of your request.
Make sure you are in an area with good mobile reception when you register, or it may take longer.
You should receive your mail within a few minutes. If the email doesn't arrive to your inbox, please check your email spam folder.
