Unable to Register Vehicle?

If you hold an Irish NissanConnect Account and your VIN is already in use on the system by another user, you will need to submit a request to have your vehicle removed from the previous owner's NissanConnect account.

Please email the following information to confirm your ownership of the vehicle:

  • 17-digit VIN for your vehicle
  • Copy of your Photographic ID
  • Copy of the vehicle logbook or printed purchase invoice that contains the vehicle information along with your name and address, handwritten documents are not acceptable.

Services are available depending on country, model, grade and service period. Some services will be subject to a fee for the subscription period detailed in the NissanConnect Services app.
