News Nissan offers up to €6,500 more for trade-ins on 242 cars
Starting price for Nissan LEAF drops to €21,995 with trade-in
15th May 2024: Nissan is offering new car buyers up to €6,500 more on the trade-in value of their old car as part of its new Trade-In-Booster campaign which is available across the full Nissan range.
The incredible summer offer is great news for drivers looking for the best trade-in prices to get behind the wheel of a new 242 Nissan, but they will need to move fast to take advantage of the limited time offer before it ends on 30th June.
Nissan’s trade-in boosters start at €2,000 for drivers who want to get their hands on the new Nissan Juke Hybrid which can reach speeds of up to 55 kph in pure EV mode, making it the perfect choice for city centre and suburban driving.
Nissan’s unique hybrid e-POWER technology meanwhile, makes it possible to drive a petrol hybrid in EV mode all of the time, without ever having to recharge, and new car buyers will be pleased to hear that Nissan is also offering trade-in boosters on its Qashqai e-POWER and X-Trail e-POWER models.
Hybrid drivers with an eye on the Nissan Qashqai e-POWER can avail of a €2,500 trade in booster on the family favourite, while a €3,000 trade-in booster is available on the Nissan X-Trail e-POWER which has already been named as a 2024 Car of the Year after being voted Ireland’s best large crossover and multi-purpose vehicle.
Those who are ready to go fully electric or who want to stay behind the wheel of a 100% electric vehicle can avail of a €2,000 trade-in booster for the stylish Nissan Ariya which can deliver a range of up to 529 kilometres, or a massive €6,500 trade-in booster for the best-selling Nissan LEAF.
Customers opting for the Nissan LEAF can save a total of €10,000 when the €6,500 trade-in booster is added to the Government’s EV grant of €3,500, making the Nissan LEAF Ireland’s best value EV with a new starting price of just €21,995.
‘The good news for motorists this summer is that their trade-in is worth a whole lot more at their local Nissan dealership. We will boost the trade-in value of your car by at least €2,000 and by as much as €6,500 depending on the new Nissan that you want to buy,’ said Neil O’Sullivan, Sales Director at Nissan Ireland.
‘Our Trade-In Boosters are a massive bonus for anyone who wants to trade-in their old car and to step into hybrid, hybrid e-POWER or fully electric driving with a new 242 Nissan. The offer delivers huge savings for new car buyers and it is available to new and existing customers across the full range of Nissan cars up to the 30th June,’ he added.
